Join us for a new 4 week folk fiddle class based in Norwich city centre. Find us on Mondays 6-7pm (14th April-5th May 2025) at The Holloway, St Lawrence Steps, Norwich, NR2 4PE.

Friendly tutor Tom Moore will be teaching traditional folk tunes and cover some associated style and technique. The group classes are for any fiddle player/violinist who can pick up a tune by ear, all music will be taught by ear so no need to sight read, all you will need a working violin and bow and a good attitude! This course is perfect for violinists with some training who might feel a little rusty, want to loosen their playing up a bit, or just expand their repertoire. Young people are welcome but under 18s must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

The class will only run if there are enough participants, so please book early to avoid disappointment!
