Join us for a new 4 week mixed instrument folk ensemble class in Norwich city centre. Find us on Mondays 7.30-8.30pm (14th April-5th May 2025) at The Holloway, St Lawrence Steps, Norwich, NR2 4PE.

Tutor Tom Moore will lead a group of mixed instrumentalists in learning a selection of traditional tunes by ear and discovering how these can be arranged for an ensemble - all within a friendly and relaxed environment. This class is perfect for any musician who wants to build their repertoire of folk tunes and enjoy playing in a group. It might even be the perfect place to meet likeminded local folk musicians. Participants should be able to pick up a tune by ear, or follow chords or bass lines.

Please let me know what instrument you intend to bring when purchasing a ticket. To ensure we can all play together, most music will be in the keys of D major, G major, E minor, A minor or B minor.
